超重或肥胖的第2型糖尿病患者；需要減脂的非糖尿病患者（經醫師評估）；成人及12歲以上青少年
禁用人群
有甲狀腺髓樣癌個人或家族史者；第2型多發性內分泌腫瘤症候群患者；嚴重胃腸道疾病（如胃輕癱）者；對該成分過敏者
