適用人群
體重過重（BMI≥25）或肥胖（BMI≥30）且伴隨代謝異常者；第二型糖尿病合併肥胖患者；經生活型態介入效果不佳之減脂族群。
禁用人群
對Cagrisema或Semaglutide任何成分過敏者；有甲狀腺髓質癌個人或家族史；第二型多發性內分泌腫瘤症候群患者；懷孕及哺乳期女性；嚴重胃腸道疾病患者。
