Description
Kisspeptin-10 is a synthetic decapeptide that modulates the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis by activating the GPR54 receptor, used to promote sex hormone release and assist in reproductive therapy.
Effects
Stimulates gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) secretion; increases luteinizing hormone (LH) levels; promotes follicular development and ovulation; improves male hypogonadism; assists in optimizing controlled ovarian stimulation protocols in assisted reproduction.
Usage
Administered subcutaneously at a usual dose of 0.1–1.0 μg/kg, 2–3 times per week. The specific dose and cycle should be adjusted based on clinical indications and physician guidance.
Suitable for
Men or women with hypogonadism; patients with ovulatory disorders causing infertility; individuals requiring optimized follicular development during assisted reproduction cycles; for gonadotropin-releasing hormone dynamic testing.
Not suitable for
Individuals allergic to Kisspeptin-10 or any of its components; pregnant or breastfeeding women; patients with severe hepatic or renal impairment; uncontrolled sex hormone-dependent tumors.
