Description
PNC-27 is a synthetic peptide derived from the p53 protein, exhibiting potential anti-tumor activity by selectively binding to cancer cell membranes and inducing apoptosis.
Effects
Selectively induces apoptosis in cancer cells; inhibits tumor cell proliferation; competes with Hdm2 protein to restore p53 function; low toxicity to normal cells; may enhance chemotherapy sensitivity.
Usage
