Description
PNC-27 is a synthetic peptide derived from the p53 protein, exhibiting potential anti-tumor activity by selectively binding to cancer cell membranes and inducing apoptosis.
Effects
Selectively induces apoptosis in cancer cells; inhibits tumor cell proliferation; competes with Hdm2 protein to restore p53 function; low toxicity to normal cells; may enhance chemotherapy sensitivity.
Usage
Reconstitute lyophilized powder with sterile water for injection or normal saline. Recommended dose: 10-20 mg/day, administered subcutaneously or intravenously. Treatment cycle is typically 28 days or as adjusted by physician.
