使用方法
給藥方式：皮下注射（SC）或肌肉注射（IM），長效製劑可每月/每3月/每6月一次。 參考劑量（需嚴格遵醫囑）：攝護腺癌：常用 3.75mg/月 或 11.25mg/3月。 性早熟：按體重計算，通常每月 1 次。 ART：每日 0.1mg 短效製劑。
禁用人群
妊娠期禁用（對胎兒有害）。 有心血管病史、骨質疏鬆、精神疾病者慎用。 使用期間需定期監測激素水平、骨密度、血糖等。 不可突然停藥，需遵醫囑。
