適用人群
慢性腎衰竭貧血患者；化學治療相關性貧血患者；HIV感染相關貧血患者；計劃手術術前自體血儲備者
禁用人群
未控制的高血壓患者；對EPO過敏者；有純紅血球再生障礙性貧血病史者；孕婦及哺乳期婦女慎用
