Description
Dulaglutide is a long-acting GLP-1 receptor agonist that achieves fat loss and blood glucose control by suppressing appetite and delaying gastric emptying.
Effects
Significant weight loss; reduces fasting and postprandial blood glucose; improves insulin sensitivity; suppresses appetite, reduces caloric intake; delays gastric emptying, increases satiety
Usage
Subcutaneous injection once weekly. Starting dose 0.75mg, gradually increased to 1.5mg or higher based on tolerance. Follow physician's instructions. Injection sites include abdomen, thigh, or upper arm.
Suitable for
Overweight or obese patients with type 2 diabetes; non-diabetic patients requiring fat loss (under physician evaluation); adults and adolescents aged 12 and above
Not suitable for
Individuals with personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma; patients with Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2; those with severe gastrointestinal diseases (e.g., gastroparesis); those allergic to this ingredient
